Strides in our Hawaii Division came to fruition as Pan-Pacific Mechanical acquired Critchfield Pacific, Inc. in a Stock Purchase Agreement on October 29 increasing our active backlog in Hawaii by over $40 million dollars with the addition of over 20 active construction projects. This is extremely exciting news for our Pan-Pacific family and presents a tremendous opportunity to extend our continued advancement in the Hawaii market, and our overall company growth.
