On Thursday, December 15th Northern California battled the rain at the annual Christmas Luncheon. Employees gathered at a new venue, The Hiller Aviation Museum, and enjoyed an all-you-can-drink cocktail hour while checking out over 40 unique aircrafts on display as well as hands on exhibits that told the story of aviation innovation. Meanwhile Sam's Chowder House was preparing a steaming batch of lobsters to unveil to the crowd. Once the lobsters were ready guests entered the dining room and enjoyed the three-course seafood buffet that began with piping hot cups of Sam's renowned New England style Clam Chowder, followed by a seafood feast to be remembered! Fresh whole Maine lobster were being cracked open at the end of the line making them easy to enjoy along with clams, mussels, red potatoes, fresh corn-on-the-cob and savory Andouille sausage.
