Holidays can be a very stressful time for families who struggle to make ends meet. Imagine passing by all the new shiny toys, your child’s eyes aglow, realizing that you can’t afford to give them a special holiday gift. Southern California employees did an outstanding job raising money for this year's Adopt-a-Family charity. With the help of Callaway Long Drive Golfer, Matt "Hangman" Hanger, we raised an additional $1,900 in cash at the Southern California Golf Tournament with all proceeds going directly to the Families Forward organization. Participants at the tournament paid the celebrity golfer to hit a long drive from their tee. Hanger even gave golfers to choice of hitting it, 20, 40 or 60 yards, as long as they handed over the cash! With the money, giftcards and donations collected, Pan-Pacific provided presents to completely fill wish lists for eight different families in need. One single mother on our list was struggling to provide her six children with gifts this Christmas. The donations made at the golf tournament was more than enough to full her children's wishlist. In 2015, the Families Forward organization provided holiday cheer to more than 800 struggling families, providing gifts for more than 2,000 children. Thank you for all of your donations this holiday season!
