PROJECT INFO

The Manzanita Humanities Theme Residence, the newest undergraduate residence on campus, will house approximately 550 students in a mix of singles, two-room doubles, and three-room quads. The Residence is designed to serve as a residential, cultural and intellectual hub for humanities programs and activities at Stanford.

Each space included shared gender-neutral restrooms, kitchenettes, lounges, study spaces, and laundry rooms.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical performed the plumbing, HVAC and full mechanical piping work on this three story above grade building with partial basement. The mechanical system consisted of a centralized heating ventilation system combined with hydronic radiant heaters in all living areas and radiant flooring in all common areas.
