400 South Broadway is a mixed use facility which consists of parking on the lower floors, ground-level shops and restaurants, amenities including pool and landscape areas, as well as 450 condominium units. The 36-story high-rise is located in downtown Los Angeles’ Historic District.

The Pan-Pacific Mechanical team is responsible for the full mechanical scope of the project (Plumbing/HVAC/Mechanical/Piping) under a design-assist platform. It is yet another opportunity for Pan-Pacific Mechanical to continue to shape the Los Angeles skyline and to cement our mark as a respected full mechanical contractor.

Pan-Pacific also performed Fuel Oil work on the project which included a remote fill system to an existing belly tank and vent system. PPM was able to aid the owner in an existing problem with a generator that had caught fire. After ownership removed the generator, PPM was able to come in and assist with the change out by rebuilding the system with new permitting including updated drawings for the permits, and a new generator install.
