PROJECT INFO
The design-build expansion of Anaheim Convention Center will add 200,000 square feet of event space, which will allow the convention center to serve an additional 250,000 visitors annually and generate millions in new local revenue. In addition to the added square feet, the expansion will also include nearly 700 new parking spots and a connector bridge from the current convention center to the expansion.
The innovative design solution provides two levels of highly flexible multipurpose space. The north elevation provides an elevated balcony for outdoor events while the green roof features native California grasses to provide a dynamic roof design for the expanded campus.
Pan-Pacific Mechanical is responsible for the domestic plumbing systems, such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment, and is successfully working on the design and construction of this expansion while the Center remains fully operational without any disruptions to events, customers, staff and surrounding stakeholders.
Pan-Pacific performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing an above ground belly tank with remote fill and monitoring capabilities to accommodate requirements for the project.
