The new Leslie & Susan Gonda (Goldshmied) Diabetes & Genetic Research Center Expansion Facility has doubled its laboratory space for investigations into diabetes and other serious metabolic diseases. The 4-story, 41,000 square foot expansion provides urgently needed laboratory space to support promising basic and clinical investigations.

The Integrated Project Delivery aspect of this job allowed Pan-Pacific to utilize our BIM to facilitate pre-fabrication of the piping systems. Our prefabrication warehouse allows us to drastically reduce jobsite man-power, which means more work is being performed with reduced crew size. This project is LEED Silver Certified.
