CSULA Physical Sciences, Building 12, is an eight-story high-rise tower with a lower level and basement, totaling approximately 218,000 gross square feet. The building consists of lecture halls, classrooms, offices, laboratories, lab support spaces, and storage.

Building 12 was designed in the late 1960’s with final construction documents dated 1969. The renovation will include a buildout of new offices spaces, conference rooms, workrooms, laboratories and classrooms.

Pan Pacific’s HVAC scope of work included installation of 492 chilled beams, heating hot water and chilled water system. PPM installed stairwell pressurization systems, as well as supply and exhaust duct risers.
