Pan-Pacific Mechanical has been contracted for the following:

• Complete waste and vent system for Cold Shell Towers A and B, including landscape drainage above the parking garage

• Fuel Oil piping and storage tanks

• Lab Waste system including underground and risers for future tenant construction

• Complete HVAC Building Automation System (BAS)

• Below-grade Garage Exhaust System – complete with variable speed induction fans and CO control

• Primary supply and exhaust duct risers with FSDs and subduct provisions for future TI build-out

• Radiant floor heating system for lobby areas

• Stairwell pressurization systems as required for high-rise
