Genentech Hilltop Building A features 2 poured-in-place office towers with a 100-foot tall open atrium connector. The lower level of one tower includes a full-service commercial kitchen, food service and dining area. In addition to standard plumbing systems, Genentech Hilltop Building A project includes a closed-loop solar thermal hot water system and is certified LEED Silver.

Our engineering group worked with this project’s design professionals, Genentech and Webcor to move the design and permitting process through the appropriate agencies on schedule. By engineering this project in-house, our BIM and fabrication time was reduced and we were able to complete this project on schedule and minimize our field crew sizes.
