Kaiser Baldwin Hills is a new cutting-edge medical facility that offers LEED Gold certification. Te 4-story, 100,000 square-foot building will house 60 world-class providers, who will treat patient’s in technologically advanced exam rooms, equipped with the ability to conduct real time virtual consults with other Kaiser Permanente providers throughout the region.

Pan-Pacific performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing a temporary fuel system. The fuel scope included removal of both existing fuel and brine tanks, as well as installation of a new underground storage tank fuel system, including an upgraded monitoring system, Master Control Panel and day tanks.
