    Kaiser Permanente Leeward Clinic

    Kapolei, HI

PROJECT INFO

Kaiser Permanente is investing in expanding care options for residents of West Oahu with the development of a $60 million medical office in Kapolei. The planned 40,000-square-foot medical office, including primary and specialty care and prevention and wellness programs, is projected for completion in 2021. The West Oahu Medical Office will be located at the corner of Kapolei Parkway and Kamokila Boulevard.

Pan-Pacific performed total mechanical work on the medical office with challenges arising surrounding the prefabricated walls. Typically the rough-in for the plumbing system is done prior to the drywall being installed. Pan-Pacific’s innovative solutions helped bypass the challenges and get the job done right.

Scheduled for completion in early 2021, the new Kaiser Permanente facility will be more than 3 times larger than the current Kapolei Clinic and will make health services more accessible to members in the growing West Oahu community.

The West Oahu Medical Office at Kapolei will be equipped with the most innovative and advanced health care technology designed to enhance the patient’s care experience. It will offer primary care, mental health services, imaging, lab, pharmacy, women’s health, and prevention and wellness programs, with extended hours for greater convenience. With more than 40 exam rooms, 28 provider offices and 3 imaging rooms, the facility will improve access to health care for the approximately 70,000 Kaiser Permanente members in West Oahu.
