The P750 Helicopter Maintenance Facility is a multi-story, steel framed, three-bay maintenance hangar with concrete foundation, concrete first and second floors, interior partitions, steel roof deck, masonry walls, deep foundations and stone columns. It includes electrical and mechanical utilities, power check pad, engine wash pad, compressed air building, secure communications connections, and aircraft parking apron and roadway. Built-in equipment includes an elevator, backup generators, an HVAC system for the NMCI room and a closed loop wash rack system. Special construction features included sound attenuation for the administration and shop space, an Aqueous Fire Fighting Foam (AFFF) protection system, telephone system, and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) wiring.
