San Jose Towers is a Suffolk project consisting of two 28-story residential towers atop an eight-story parking garage (three level below ground, five levels above). This project adds 630 new housing units to the downtown San Jose area.

The landscape/amenity deck on level five will overlook downtown San Jose and City Hall and includes a pool, dog run, outdoor kitchen and bbq areas plus more.

PPM is responsible for Plumbing and Fuel Oil scope of work on the project. The plumbing scope includes domestic plumbing systems such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.

Pan-Pacific will install above ground large storage tanks with remote fill capabilities. The fuel scope includes monitoring, installing multiple filter panels, duplex pumping systems and day tanks.
