The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort is a 5-star hotel with panoramic ocean views in Dana Point.  This amazing resort was a demanding and tight-schedule project that put all of Pan-Pacific’s skills to the test. A Design-Build project utilizing tunnel form construction, it included a world class spa, over 400 rooms, banquet facilities, lobby, kitchens, restaurants and multiple room service kitchen.

This was Pan-Pacific’s first job with general contractor Hensel Phelps. Since then, and because of our exceptional service on the project, we are proud to have teamed with them for many more.

Because of our knowledge of the project and our commitment to customer service, we have maintained a strong working relationship with the St. Regis and have been a proud partner with them for any plumbing issues, upgrades and additions.
