PROJECT INFO

The New Residences at Lagunita Court consist of two new undergraduate residences. Both new buildings are four-class residences, each providing beds for 109 (total 218) undergradate students. Each space included shared gender-neutral restrooms, kitchenettes, lounges, study spaces, and laundry rooms. The development encompasses approximately 66,000 GSF.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical performed the plumbing, HVAC and full mechanical piping work on these three story above grade buildings with partial basements. The mechanical system consisted of a centralized heating ventilation system combined with hydronic radiant heaters in all living areas and radiant flooring in all common areas.
