The Orange County Museum of Art

    Costa Mesa, CA

PROJECT INFO

The Orange County Museum of Art (OCMA) started work on the museum's new building at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa. Doubling the space of the Museum’s old location, the $73 Million museum will feature nearly 25,000 square feet of exhibition galleries and will showcase a 4,500 piece collection of paintings, photos, and sculptures. The museum will feature an additional 10,000 square feet for education programs, performances, and public gatherings, and will include administrative offices, a gift shop, and a café.

Pan-Pacific will be performing plumbing, HVAC and Fuel oil on the project with completion slated for 2021. A complete HVAC Building Automation System (BAS) System will be installed including below-grade storm, sewer, domestic water and gas system. In addition to the Plumbing and HVAC, PPM will be installing all Fuel Oil piping.

Pan-Pacific performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing an above ground belly tank with remote fill and monitoring capabilities.
