USF Lone Mountain Residence Hall will be new construction on the University of San Francisco campus. Composed of two, four-story adjoining buildings with room for 600 students, the residence hall is expected to be completed by December 2020. The two buildings will total 234,450 square feet and be connected by an elevated walkway.

Students will begin moving into the units in August 2021, once the buildings are completed and furnished.

The buildings will include two classrooms, laundry facilities, bike parking, four courtyards and underground parking for the university community. Pan-Pacific will be performing mechanical work on the project installing custom radiators throughout each of the 155 units. Residential spaces will each contain their own kitchen.
